Coaching Programmes Available

Coaching sessions are available face-to-face and also by telephone or skype.  Daytime, evening and weekend appointments are possible.  We will be flexible to accomodate your requirements.

Free introductory 30 minute telephone calls are available to anyone interesting in receiving coaching, so you have an opportunity to speak to your coach, hear about our coaching and ask any questions you may have.

Coaching programmes are available as detailed below, additional sessions are recommended to keep you on track, these can be added to either package.  Monthly coaching and mentoring sessions are also provided on a regular basis.

Starter Coaching Programme

3 one-to-one coaching sessions of 60 minutes, which include:

  • Increasing your self-awareness: including understanding emotional responses, beliefs systems, behaviour patterns and communication;
  • Exploring, prioritising and scoring your own Core Top 10 values;
  • Creating a compelling future plan for your life and/or career and an action plan to achieve it.

Core Coaching Programme

6 one-to-one coaching sessions of 60 minutes, which include:

  • First 3 sessions as with ‘Starter Coaching Programme' above, plus;
  • Techniques to live aligned to your core values to manage your emotions, enhance motivation and self-esteem, address limiting beliefs, make better decisions and improve behaviour patterns and language choices;
  • Understanding the values of others to help you improve communication skills and enhance all types of relationships.

Career Coaching Programme

6 one-to-one coaching sessions of 60 minutes, which include:

  •  Sessions as with 'Starter Coaching Programme' above plus;
  • CV Review
  • Interview Skills Practice
  • Specific sessions on career choice, networking, presentation skills, leadership skills, social media strategies, starting a business and overcoming barriers to success, as required.

Wellness Coaching Programme

6 one-to-one coaching sessions of 60 minutes, which include:

  • First 3 sessions as with ‘Starter Coaching Programme' above, plus;
  • Techniques to live aligned to your core values to improve your health and wellbeing, reduce your stress levels, enhance confidence, address limiting beliefs, make better decisions and improve behaviour patterns and language choices;
  • Understanding the values of others to help manage any negative impacts on your wellbeing as a result of the communication and behaviour of others.

FREE Introductory Session

A free introductory session is available, for 30 minutes by telephone with your coach, with no obligation.  This session is an opportunity for you to find out more about our coaching programmes and how they could benefit you.  You will get to know your coach and you will be able to ask any questions you may have.
