There are 2 Values Coaching Programmes available:

‘Living a Values-Based Life’ 6 one-to-one coaching sessions of 60 minutes, which include: First 3 sessions as with ‘Understanding Your Values’ Programme above, plus;

‘Understanding Your Values’ 3 one-to-one coaching sessions of 60 minutes, which include:
- Developing your knowledge of values;
- Understanding, prioritising and scoring your own Core Top 10 values;
- Increasing your self-awareness using values: including understanding emotional responses, past decisions, behaviour patterns and communication.

A free introductory session is available, for 30 minutes by telephone with your preferred coach, with no obligation. This session is an opportunity for you to find out more about values coaching and how it could benefit you. You will get to know your coach and you will be able to ask any questions you may have.
