‘Living a Values-Based Life’
6 one-to-one coaching sessions of 60 minutes, which include:

First 3 sessions as with ‘Understanding Your Values’ Programme above, plus;

  • Techniques to live a values-based life: by using your values to manage your emotions, enhance motivation and self-esteem, make better decisions and improve behaviour patterns and language choices;
  • Understanding the values of others to help you improve communication skills and enhance all types of relationships.

Coaching sessions are available on the telephone or face-to-face with any of our team of coaches insert link to team page. Additional sessions are available following either package, as required, to keep you on track. Daytime, evening and weekend appointments are available.
